Lodging at Heartstone
Country Garden
This guest room is one of two suites located adjacent to each other on the 2nd floor of the remodeled and repurposed dairy barn, now called Heartstone Lodge. These suites were actually part of the original barn hayloft. The suite is large and perfect for 1-2 adults. The king sized bed, mid-century Craftsman style furniture sitting area, with a few antiques to stay with a feeling of the elegant, yet relaxed, country setting we enjoy. You will find a full en-suite bathroom with shower, ample towels and family style toiletries and 2 spa robes.
Country Tweed

The Hayloft Room
Relax in your choice of multiple sofa arrangements in a brightly lit large room with high ceiling. A self-catered coffee bar is available as well use of the microwave and mini refrigerator. The vine framed balcony is accessed by french doors where an amazing vista awaits from Lone Tree Hill to the interesting cone shaped mountains of Buena Vista. The stairs take you down to the pergola where, if there is no event happening, you can relax listening to the soothing sounds of the water fountain on the fishpond. In the evening, the soft twinkle lights light the pergola's canopy lending itself to a very magical experience.
The Creamery Cottage
This sweet cottage studio is a large open one room space adjacent to The Lodge. It was actually the Creamery and used to refrigerate the milk from the dairy cows. A full kitchen, full bathroom with shower, a queen bed and a sitting area with a queen sofa, loveseat and eclectic library complete the space. The Creamery is free standing with a small front deck, Adirondack chair and a “Creamery Hideaway” between this studio and The Lodge with a small deck and pergola.
Blue Ridge Studio
Around the corner from the farm's equipment bays, atop a flight of stairs, there is a unique space you will not want to leave. An abundance of natural light with a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains through the large picture window, greets you. A cozy queen bedroom, quality bedding, full bath with large shower, plush towels, family style toiletries, hair dryer. The studio has a full kitchen with a counter eating area with 4 stools.
Loft Bunks
The Loft Dorm's deluxe single beds on the 3rd floor are rented only when the entire Lodge is rented or both bedrooms are rented to the same guest. The Loft is a really fun place to have family members, workshop attendees or single wedding guests stay. Each bed is surrounded by three walls of wood with an individual reading light, good quality bedding, a king sized pillow, towels and a spa robe. The showers and bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
